Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through the form below or by emailing us directly. Once your request is received, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within the timeframe specified below.

Alternatively, if you are logged into your account, you can navigate to Settings > Security > Delete Account within the app to initiate deletion directly.

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:

• Personal profile information (name, email, phone, address)
• Account credentials and authentication data
• Property listings, searches, and saved preferences
• Uploaded documents, files, and communications
• Transaction history and payment records
• Chat messages and notification history
• KYC documents and verification records

Account deletion requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been permanently deleted.

Note: Certain information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by applicable laws (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance), for a period not exceeding statutory requirements.
